April 5th : SHOW #1715: Barry visits Marble Era of Hillman and Gaylord. Family owned and operated Marble fabricating plant. A true Northern Michigan success story.
Dell visits Orrin Ladd of Perry Michigan who has gone into the business of creating beautiful water fall landscapes. The story of one man’s decision to get into the business of what he loves to do.
April 12th : SHOW #1716: Dell travels to the Hale area to visit with eggery artist Helen Newell. Helen shares with Michigan Magazine her artistry not only on eggs but on canvas as well.
Then Barry heads off the beaten path for the gourmet experience of the Willow Tree restaurant in West Branch. The owners Ophelia and Tony share their dreams for this family owned and operated destination restaurant. On the menu African lobster, prime rib, snapper and more!
April 19th : SHOW #1717: Barry visits with new Michigan author Rachel Longhurst of Milford. Rachel and her family have published a children’s book dedicated to the life and times of their pet Lab Corey. Corey’s life, cut short by a tragic illness, was one of inspiration and love.
Dell spends the morning with Laura Ashlee of the Michigan State Historical Marker program at the historic Ingham county court house. Here Laura fills us in on her new book that updates all the new Michigan Historic Markers since our first visit over 10 years ago.
April 26th : SHOW #1718: Dell visits with canoe builder and fly fisherman Gerry Gotts of Mio
Barry continues his visit with Children’s book author Rachel Longhurst of Milford.

May 3rd : SHOW #1719: Barry takes us on a tour of the Ilowski Sausage Company of China Township near St. Clair Michigan. Here owner Joe Ilowski tells of the family tradition he maintains in producing old fashioned smoked sausage, bacon, ham, and a variety of beef products.
Then Dell continues his visit with Richard Kellogg author of A WALL OF SILVER. The story of a real life lost U.P. Silver Mine.
May 10th : SHOW #1720: Dell spends the morning with Captain M. Russell Brown of Clio. Capt. Brown has constructed from scratch his own personal two man submarine that he hopes will be utilized for such projects as Inland Lake Rescue services, surveying underwater gas and electric lines and underwater filming projects.
Then Barry visits Farther Martin Deporres of the Little Brothers of Jesus monastery near Coleman. Barry learns of the organizations unique community service outreach programs.
May 17th : SHOW #1721: Barry visits with children’s book illustrator Craig Pennington of the Grandma Janet Mary series of books.
Dell goes fly fishing with AuSable River guide and fly fishing expert Mike Connors.
May 24th : SHOW #1722: Dell visits the Koegel Meats headquarters and processing plant. Here Dell learns the history and heritage of the world famous Michigan based business from John Koegel himself who takes the Michigan Magazine crew on a personal tour of the processing plant.
Then Barry visits the Nor’easter folk music festival at the Oscoda County Fairgrounds between Mio and Fairview. This unique eclectic music festival is bringing musicians and growing crowds of spectators from through out the state and country to share and learn about a wide spectrum of music tastes and styles.

June 7th : SHOW #1724: Dell takes to the skies over the Michigan Magazine museum as he learns more about powered parachute flying with old friends Dan and Tom Vanbuskirk.
Barry visits Grandma Janet Mary of St. Johns, Michigan to learn more about her new line of children’s books dedicated to that special relationship between grand parents and grandkids.
June 14th : SHOW #1725: Barry takes us to the AuSable Valley Railroad near Fairview for an update on this miniature railway empire!
Then Dell travels to Elsie Michigan to visit with Postmasters Cathy Peskey of Elsie and Linda Plyler of Shatsburg to talk about the 488 Pride Quilt project and Linda’s newly published book about the project.
June 21st : SHOW #1726: Part two of the Michigan Magazine Artist Showcase held this past March at Old World Canterbury Village near Lake Orion.
June 28th : SHOW #1727: Barry travels to Tawas City for part one of his visit with centurion 102 year old Hulbert Pierce. Mr. Pierce still leads a very active life at home and church.
Then Dell takes us on a private and personal tour of the Henry Ford Fairlane Estate to learn more about the life and times of Henry Ford!
